TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
A) PAYMENT- Terms are Prepaid, unless other arrangements are agreed to before shipment in U.S. Dollars. Payment is accepted in the following forms: Cash, Cashiers Check, Verifiable Visa or mastercard Credit Card and ship to the card holders address, Postal Money Orders, Wire Transfer, T/T. 

B) SHIPPING-
Unless otherwise arranged, we ship F.O.B. Origin, prepaid freight by the customer. This means the customer pays freight upon shipment of the item. Otherwise, UPS or Fed-Ex accounts must be provided upon order. You own the merchandise while it is in transit. If there are any damage claims, you as the buyer, file against the transportation company and will receive compensations directly from them. 

C) DAMAGE CLAIMS-
The transportation company is responsible for the safe Delivery of your merchandise from the time it leaves our facility and/or the manufacturer’s facility to the time it arrives at your location. In the unlikely event your merchandise arrives damaged, mark all shipping documents as “damaged in transit” with a description of the damage. You may elect to refuse the shipment or accept it and file a damage claim. You must notify the shipping company within ten (10) days after receipt of the claim. If you can take photographs of the damage it will assist you with the claim. 

D) RETURNS-
A call to our technical representative is required before returning any Merchandise. You must obtain a “Return Authorization Number” (RA). Credit will be given only towards the exchange of a factory defective item with the same model as originally purchased.
E) LIMITED WARRANTIES- The Company warrants that each of the products will Be free from material and workmanship defects and will operate and conform to the specifications published in this Website for one (1) year after invoice date. Some products will carry a longer warranty and will be stated in the product advisement on the Website. In the event that any product(s) fail to perform in accordance with the specifications, or is otherwise defective in materials or workmanship, the company, at its option, will repair, replace or refund the defective product at no charge to the customer. Customer is responsible to return the defective product to the Company during the warranty period and prepay the transportation charges. 

F) WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

Out of Warranty period
1) Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment or neglect
2) Damage caused during installation, modification or repair not authorized
3) Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging
4) Products whose service number have been removed
5) Products not purchased from the Company 

G) WARNING- U.S. FEDERAL REGULATION-
Customer must post a warning Sign if an “Audio” device is used in conjunction with a Video recording device purchased through this Website. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to seek legal counsel for interpretation of any local, state, or federal laws applicable to the possession, sale, or use of the products purchased through this Website. 

H) SITE USAGE-
Content on this Site is “Exclusive” to HSC. Any and all items and information on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphical images, file, products, pricing, software, and technical specifications are Proprietary to Homeland Security Corporation and cannot be distributed to third parties without the express written consent of the Company. Some of the information may be protected under U.S. Copyright law, intellectual property rights and other applicable laws.  As long as you comply with these terms and conditions of Use, the company grants you an “Exclusive” and non-transferable limited right to view this Website. The Company reserves the right to change or modify the Contents at any time. These terms and conditions of Use, and any claim relating to, and the use of, this Site and the material contained herein are governed by the Laws of the State of California.
